Drills that can be done at home
Wall Ball: Bounce a ball off of a wall, let it hit the ground once and catch it. Pick a spot on the wall and try to hit it. This is a drill that you should do every day. It will help you with both throwing accuracy and your catching ability. I would suggest that you do at least 100 throws a day. The throws only count if you catch the ball. This drill can be done with both your right and left hands.

An alternative to this drill is throwing right handed and catching left handed and vice versa.

Cradling: You can take a ball out at anytime and put it in your stick to cradle. You should practice cradling with both your right and left hands.

Throwing with a partner: Find a throwing partner on the team that lives near you and practice throwing and catching with both your right and left hands.

Ground Balls: Have someone roll a ball to you. Yell "Ball Down" Practice scooping it up on the run. Then yell, "Got Ball".
